Acoustas is expanding its engineering team and is seeking an expert Flutter developer to join an established group of engineers building production-grade software for high-performance audio hardware.

We have already brought on a Flutter developer and are continuing to grow the team. This role is intended for exceptional programmers who are comfortable contributing immediately within an existing codebase and collaborating closely with firmware and hardware engineers.

The work is hands-on and deeply technical. You will help design, implement, and refine features that interact directly with embedded systems in real time. Success in this role requires confidence operating across layers, from application architecture and UI to networking, protocols, and device-level communication.

What You Will Do

• Join an existing Flutter team and contribute to a production application used to control DSP-based audio hardware
  
• Take ownership of complex features and evolve them collaboratively
  
• Architect and implement device onboarding and Wi-Fi provisioning workflows
  
• Build real-time DSP control interfaces including PEQ, IIR, FIR, delays, and routing
  
• Implement frequency sweep generation and measurement response capture
  
• Design responsive, high-performance UI and interaction flows
  
• Debug and resolve issues across Flutter, networking, firmware, and embedded hardware

This role is for an exceptional engineer with deep experience across analog and digital electronics who is comfortable working at the intersection of hardware, embedded firmware, and sound.

You will work directly with our lead electrical engineer and collaborate closely with firmware and software teams to design, prototype, and bring to market DSP-driven audio hardware. This position requires hands-on ownership, strong technical judgment, and a genuine passion for sound quality.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and refine analog and digital circuits for audio and embedded systems
  
• Lead schematic capture, PCB layout collaboration, and design reviews

Acoustas is looking for a Creative Director for Brand Strategy and Content to help scale our brand from a highly respected product within the audio community into a globally recognized name in high-performance sound.

This role is for an exceptional operator who has lived through brand growth in consumer electronics or hardware and understands what it takes to move from early traction to global presence. You will define how Acoustas is seen, understood, and experienced across platforms, markets, and audiences.

You will own both the marketing strategy and its execution. From content and campaigns to launches, paid media, and social presence, this role is hands-on by design. You will work closely with engineering, product, and external creatives to translate technically sophisticated audio products into a compelling, coherent global brand narrative.

This is not a role for someone who only delegates. We are looking for someone who builds.
