Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using UPS, USPS, and DHL. The selected carrier is based on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order. Available shipping options will be displayed to you during checkout.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. The total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

  • United States (Standard): 3–7 business days

  • United States (Expedited): Available at checkout

  • International: Varies by destination and carrier, available at checkout

In the event of any unexpected delays in processing or transit, we will make every effort to notify you and provide updates. While delays are rare, they can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

The best way to confirm if we currently ship to your country is to proceed to checkout. If your location is supported, shipping options and rates will be displayed automatically.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
