1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Customer-Initiated Returns Required
All returns must be initiated by the customer through our website return portal.
- Returns that are not submitted through the portal may not be accepted
- Once submitted, you will receive return instructions
3. Non-Defective Returns
If a product is returned and no issue or defect is found:
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
This applies to returns where the product is no longer wanted or does not meet personal preference.
4. Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If your amplifier is not functioning properly:
- You are eligible for a full refund or exchange
- No restocking fee will be applied
We may troubleshoot the issue before processing the return. Return shipping may be covered depending on the situation.
5. Physical Damage or Misuse
If a returned product shows signs of physical damage, misuse, or abnormal wear:
- The item will be inspected upon return
- Any deductions or repair costs will be assessed before a refund is issued

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
